Pro Se Divorce Saves You Money

Divorce is often times the last option a couple may have when a marriage has fallen apart. The problem with taking this route is that getting a marriage dissolved is not the simplest of tasks usually. Child custody, assets, child support and alimony are all elements that must be legally dealt with and agreed upon first. This is why it is typically best to have a lawyer deal with all of these aspects of the proceedings.

When outside parties do need to become involved there are may different options that can be taken, most of which are very affordable. However, ideally the situation can be solved between the two parties involved without ever having to drag someone else into the matter.

These cases can sometimes drag on for extended periods of time and when a lawyer is involved this translates to lots of money being spent for representation on both sides.

Most people have no clue that there is one divorce option you have in many cases that costs less than all the other options and you won't need an attorney to do so. You may have heard this referred to as a do it yourself divorce before but the actual legal term is Pro Se. One thing to remember here, though, is that this option isn't always appropriate for all situations, but it does at least give you one more option to check about.

The first thing you should look at when tying to determine if you will be able to file Pro Se is whether or not it will be uncontested by the parties involved even if there are children or martial properties.

What is meant by uncontested is that you won't be having a judge divide assets or debts. This many include things like retirement accounts, investments of any kind and even stocks you have purchased during the marriage. If these things must be dealt with legally than the Pro Se options will not work for you because you will need legal representation to clear these matters up.

If Pro Se is an option you definitely qualify for and it is something you are interested in pursuing the best way to do so is by having your spouse go Pro Se as well, meaning no lawyers are involved on either side. If you are in the military you won't be able to do this though since military separations can become complicated due to laws that protect active duty members during times of deployment. If alimony is something either party will be seeking you will still need to hire a lawyer as well so Pro Se will not work in these situations either.

Just as mentioned above, a Pro Se divorce can be significantly less expensive than most other options you will have as long as you fall within the range of situations that qualifies you to file this way. As long as the legal dissolving of the marriage is uncontested by both parties and there are no complications involved you should be able to get the matter cleared up quickly and efficiently. Make sure not only you but also your spouse are in agreement on the matter at hand so that things go much smoother as well since this will work best without any Divorce services attorneys involved. If either side does end up needing to hire legal council than you should definitely choose a different option for filing.

I have never looked back, now people a lining up to get involved with us from all around the world. Is it exciting? You bet it is and all my dreams and goals have returned with such a vengeance. I tell you here the other day on TV I saw on ' Celebrity "crypt" on display' a famous singer's house and she had in her entertainment area a floor that dropped down to reveal an heated indoor pool and when they finished swimming, the whole floor would raise again, the water subsided and they could start dancing. Tacky?

Yes, for sure, but think about it, What if? ...... What crazy dreams could you come up with if money or time was no object?

I tell you though, and please do not get hung up on terminology, "dreams, "goals", "reasons" however you may want to phrase it, it’s what drives you to ultimate success. Man , I tell you I was hooked and have been so ever since, the idealistic view of why everyone wouldn't want to become involved had me counting the money on the way home.

I could not sleep and my mind was doing somersaults with all the potentials of everything I could do and have and see with all this money coming in, and charity I could even give away obscene amount of money and more would flow in to take its place. I tell you my heart was racing a hundred miles per hours and even now I feel this excitement every time I even talk about this concept.

MLM or Network Marketing is a concept which is so simple, yet so powerful. Think about it (I'm sure you already have) what can be more fantastic, than a whole lot of people doing a little bit each and creating massive wealth together, Beautiful yes? Then you go and ask your next door neighbour who has never succeeded in anything, his or hers opinion and suddenly they become an authority on the matter, because their uncle's daughter's boyfriend once know someone who invested 5 bucks and got "ripped" in one of them, there, "pyramid " schemes and all your dreams and goals comes tumbling down around you.

Many "wannabe" fantastic networkers die a grimly death at the hands of "nay sayers" worldwide even from within their own family. That's just the nature of the beast. What about this one: Don't get involved with that it's a cult and it makes you get divorced. Yes I'm sure you have heard it all or even experienced it yourself, but that's not specific to this industry only.

But what if?........ I'm a very pigheaded and loyal networker and when I got the "dream" I spend nearly nine years, believe it or not, Yes , nine long years bashing my head against the wall and the only reason I didn't stop was that by now I got to like the pain. Ha Ha. No , I thought that there was something I wasn't doing right, however being slow it took me some time to realise that my upline wasn't doing anything either and our opportunity mass meeting was a social club of frustrated networkers.

Until one day it dawned on me, they don't know how to build it either. I have been following the wrong people for all this time, my ladder to success was leaning against the wrong wall. Ha Ha, Did I feel stupid, Yes you bet, But not even half as stupid as to stop one and start another with the promise of something magically being different, and another and another, hungering for the dream and no way to achieve it.

My wife , bless her heart, got sick of me promising her a golden future, took the kid’s and left me! Wow what a blow

Hey I figured better now than later, "when I do make it" Yes, you bet, I still had the my dreams and goals and so do You, I'm sure. Because we do not believe working ourselves to death is a natural thing to do and other people have made it in this industry, so why not us? Indeed. Why not “YOU”. I’m always very grateful for the training I received during my nine years of hard labour, because it made me stronger and much more caring towards other people and made me realise that "I" not "them " had to change for me to become successful.

But What if? ......... What changed? Remember when I said "When the student is ready, the teacher will appear ! Well, ”he did or should I say they did. My newfound friends and partners made me realise that it wasn't all bad, I had gained a wealth of experience, and in fact they went so far as to call me an MLM or Network Marketing expert by the sheer fact of my long service to the industry.
